Things people ate in the 60s & 70s
Earlier, students learned that the "Backyard Barbeque" gained popularity starting in the 50s and continues to be an American tradition today. Friday we planned a cooking project of another popular food from that time period: Jello! We still eat jello now, but back then creating Jello dishes was an artform. We researched some Jello dishes and the consensus was a big thumbs down! We discovered that they put anything and everything in their jello molds!
